Fede: Argentinian Muscle

Fede is from Argentina, 18 years old, and a natural bodybuilder. The handsome
guy started weight lifting in 2004, and has built up pretty massive muscles and
a very esthetic physique since then. Fede explains his passion for workout: "I
love to feel the pain, the pump, and the blood in my muscles after an excellent
training. Progress is my major motivation. I can see the results of my training
and my diet. This gives me a lot of satisfaction. I want to be better day by
day." Fede has already an impressive collection of photos, among them some
professional modeling shots:
Fede posts training and posing videos on his channel on YouTube: "I'm here
to present me to the world. So everyone can tell me his opinion about my body,
or can ask me anything about training and diet. That would make me keep

John Foster: First Wrestler, Now Bodybuilder

PumpingMuscle.com worked with John Foster near his home a few days before his first bodybuilding contest. A NCAA D-I college wrestler, John hung up his singlet after competing since childhood to concentrate on developing his physique.

Ray is an aspiring, new fitness model on Allamericanguys with lots of personality and charisma. The 19-year-old hunk is originally from Miami, FL but now resides in the Tampa Bay area. At the age of 17 Ray entered his first bodybuilding contest, winning first place. He plans to compete one final time in Summer of 2009, and hopes to repeat his victory. His most admired body part: biceps - who wonders?
Some of Ray's hobbies include surfing, wakeboarding, traveling and just hanging out with his friends. He is also an avid weight trainer and enjoys spending time in the gym and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Watch for more of Ray in the future on AAG and in future fitness publications.

Thomas Alexander Dekker, born December 28, 1987, in Las Vegas, Nevada, is an American film and television actor and is best known for his roles as John Connor in "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and Zach on "Heroes". He is also a musician and singer and has written and produced two albums. Pesonal quotes: "I love acting because it's an artistic way to release the million different personalities I have in my head." And regarding River Phoenix: "I watched all of his films and thought he did some really revolutionary stuff for his age."
