via 101 BOYS by Kurt on 12/29/07
What a movie year 2008: Not only Ryan Phillippe and Channing Tatum - here in Stop Loss - will make the big screen glow. There'll be a lot of more male actors in several must-see-movies:

Michael Stahl-David and Mike Vogel in Cloverfield - January 18

Five young New Yorkers throw their friend a going-away party the night that a monster the size of a skyscraper descends upon the city. Told from the point of view of their video camera, the film is a document of their attempt to survive the most surreal, horrifying event of their lives.

Hayden Christensen in Jumper - February 14

A genetic anomaly allows a young man to teleport himself anywhere. He discovers this gift has existed for centuries and finds himself in a war that has been raging for thousands of years between "Jumpers" and those who have sworn to kill them.

Joshua Jackson in Shutter - March 21

A newly married couple discovers disturbing, ghostly images in photographs they develop after a tragic accident. Fearing the manifestations may be connected, they investigate and learn that some mysteries are better left unsolved.

Ryan Phillippe and Channing Tatum in Stop Loss - March 28

A drama starring Abbie Cornish, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ciaran Hinds, Timothy Olyphant, Victor Rasuk and Rob Brown.

Decorated Iraq war hero Sgt. Brandon King makes a celebrated return to his small Texas hometown following his tour of duty. Brandon tries to resume the life he left behind with the help and support of his family and his best friend, Steve Shriver, who served with him in Iraq. Alongside their war-time buddies, Brandon and Steve try to make peace with civilian life. Then, against Brandon's will, the Army orders him back to duty in Iraq. This upends Brandon's entire world. The conflict into which he is thrown tests everything he believes in: the bond of family, the loyalty of friendship, the limits of love, and the value of honor.

Jonathan Tucker in The Ruins - April 11

A horror film starring Jena Malone, Shawn Ashmore, Laura Ramsey and Joe Anderson.
Based on the terrifying best-seller by Scott Smith, "The Ruins" follows a group of friends who become entangled in a brutal struggle for survival after visiting a remote archaeological dig in the Mexican jungle -- where they discover something deadly living among the ruins. "The Ruins" stars Jonathan Tucker ("The Black Donnellys"), Jena Malone ("Pride and Prejudice"), Shawn Ashmore ("X-Men: The Last Stand"), Laura Ramsey ("She's the Man") and Joe Anderson ("Across the Universe").

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian - May 16

A fantasy-adventure starring Georgie Henley, Skandar Keynes, William Moseley, Anna Popplewell, Ben Barnes, Peter Dinklage, Pierfrancesco Favino and Sergio Castellitto, with Liam Neeson as the voice of Aslan.

Edward Norton in The Incredible Hulk - June 13

Edward Norton stars in this new beginning as Bruce Banner, a scientist desperately hunting for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him.

Leonardo DiCaprio in Revolutionary Road - December 19

Finally they're reunited! Ten years after Titanic Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet are starring together in a movie based on the celebrated novel by Richard Yates, and dircted by Sam Mendes: "Revolutionary Road" is the story of a young couple trying to find fulfillment in an age of conformity. Trapped in a world of encoded convention, they dream without faith, as lies and self-deceptions build to explosive consequences.
BTW: I'm eagerly waiting for Leo's sentence: "I didn't die in the sea, Rose..." lol.

Leonardo DiCaprio in an untitled Ridley Scott Film - 4th Quarter 2008

A dramatic-thriller starring Russell Crowe.

Today visitor number 2,000,000 will click on 101BOYS.net. I'm very happy. And I would be even more happy, if I had a chance to give this visitor a little present. But I don't yet know a tool, which allows to identify a special visitor. Anyway I think it's even better to thank each visitor of 101BOYS.net, that means each of you.

There's something which is even much more important for me than the number of 2,000,000 visitors. It's the fact that in the past weeks the number of daily visitors has risen enormously. 101BOYS.net has more daily visitors than ever before. In fact, I'm very happy, and I've already got my Christmas present. I have many big plans for this blog in the near future. I hope you'll like them.

How about a small boy party? Not with 101 boys, but at least with some and, I think, some good ones. Enjoy them, Merry Christmas, and thank you for visiting 101BOYS.net.

The Most Beautiful Men on Earth

via 101 BOYS by Kurt on 12/26/07
When I saw the video clip of Vistavideo from which I made the stills posted here, I had only one simple expression im my mind: The most beautiful men on earth. I admit that I may use this expression at least twice a week. And other people may have another taste. But my enthusiasm about the muscle hunks in this Vistavideo home video was genuine. The soft, bright colors, the cool and quiet guys relaxing and enjoying the sun and the moment, and finally the look of the young hunks themselves: Marcel at his best as always, his big brother Yinay never seen so calm and relaxed, and Daniel smiling and peaceful. I'm anticipating more footage of this shooting. Perhaps in the new Vistavideo galleries or on one of the upcoming DVDs.
